US Car-Import is owned by Thomas Lindow and his wife Kari. Our office is based in Charlotte, North Carolina. In the last 20 years, we have shipped over 4000 cars and motorcycles. We offer extensive knowledge and experience to help purchase your dream vehicle.

New, used or classic car
In the USA, there is a huge selection of new and used cars. Whatever your wishes are, we can help find your dream car.
There are classic cars like Ford Mustangs and Chevrolet Corvettes, but also many European and Japanese cars like Mercedes, Porsche, BMW, Audi, Honda, Datsun and Toyota.
No matter what kind of vehicle you are looking for there is a huge selection. The majority of them include many factory options and are often in great condition or completely restored.
We pick up the car
If the car is located on the east coast of the USA we can personally pick it up with our trucks and trailers. If you choose for us to be in charge of the purchase, then most often we will complete the inspection, complete the purchase and transport the car back at the same time. It will be an all-in-one process. We can also have our partners pick it up at any location if needed.
We will find the car for you
The market in the USA is huge, so there are many possibilities to find the exact car you are looking for. You are always welcome to contact us with questions or to hear more about our services.
Inspection and transport
You can choose for us to complete the inspection and purchase the vehicle or you can be in charge of the purchase yourself. Then, the vehicle will be transported from the seller to the warehouse at the port.
We will pick up and transport the vehicle to nearest port. We mainly use Charleston, South Carolina as it our local port. We also offer New York, Miami, Jacksonville, Baltimore, Houston and Los Angeles.
We can pick from any location even if the vehicle does not run.
Once the vehicle has been picked up from the seller and taken to one of our warehouses.
All of our locations have storage and are fenced in to keep your vehicle safe until departure.
Shipping from USA to United Arab Emirates
During the shipping from the USA to Sweden, your vehicle will be packed and loaded in a shipping container. Once inside the container, the vehicle will be secured so there will be no movement during transit.

Your car arrives in United Arab Emirates
Upon arrival at your destination, the broker will take care of your vehicle being cleared through customs and released to you.
Before the car arrives, you will be contacted by the broker. You will make arrangements with them if you want them to empty the container at their location. If the container needs to be transported to your location that can be arranged as well.
Once everything is completed, they will give you the keys and all documentation, including the title for the car. All customs fees and taxes will be paid by you directly to the broker and will vary by country.

Can you assist in importing a damaged car?
Yes, if you need help with a light damaged or a totaled car, we will gladly assist you. Buying damaged cars often relates to finding cars which are easy to fix and often loaded with factory options and at a great price.
Can I ship spare parts along with my car in the container?
Yes, you fill the car with parts, or we can load as much as will fit in the container
Who makes the inspection before the purchase?
We always do the inspection if requested.
